Everyone has busy schedules and it isn't easy to make it places on the hour. That's why, no matter what time you come here you can always expect to start from the beginning. The workout is on YOUR time and we make it work to your advantage.

40 Minute Power Workout

Combines boxing, kick-boxing, strength and cross-training into a high energy 40 minute workout! Each workout will be challenging and unlike any other workout you’ve done before, and it will leave your body burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout!

Unlimited Training

Our trainers are very passionate about what they do, that's why they are dedicated to making sure you reach your goals. We don't want to limit anyone's time are our clubs, so you know when you join us you will receive unlimited access to the gyms and unlimited training --just the way it should be!

I joined Crosskicks in May 2015 with the intention to become more fit for college softball. My experience at Cross Kicks has been phenomenal to say the least! I have overachieved my fitness goals becoming faster, stronger, and more competitive as an athlete. Huge thank you to AJ, Josh, Tim, and the rest of the Cross Kicks staff as well as the other members that have pushed and motivated me to be better.
